Girls Flag Football, Middle School Coach - Spectrum Schools

Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead, manage, and mentor our Girls Flag Football, Middle School program as the Middle School Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our Middle School Girls Flag Football program.

• Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics
• Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team
• Develop positive motivation in the team
• Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth
• Assume responsibility for schedule development or schedule verification with the Activities Director
• Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes and parents
• Develop positive team dynamic and interactions

• Strong football knowledge and understanding of the game
• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.

Salary: $1,280
