Aurora Asphalt & Concrete is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess project needs, measure job sites, and prepare professional bids for asphalt and concrete projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, building trust, and managing projects from first meeting to final completion.
Responsibilities- Identify potential accounts by developing leads, and analyzing and qualifying project opportunities.
- Initiates the call process by building relationships.
- Develop sales by investigating the needs of potential accounts and/or projects.
- Conducts product demonstrations, group lunch and learn seminars and one‑on‑one sales presentations.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections.
- Consistently enter all account and project‑related communication and activity into Customer Relationship Management (No
CRM) software program.
