Pay Scale: $60,000–$80,000 base, plus uncapped commission.

Beaudry Oil & Propane seeks to hire a Propane Sales Outside Representative to join our team.

This position is responsible for building customer relationships in a specific territory and selling products and services that meet and exceed the agreed-upon sales goals.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Process orders
• Maintain communication with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with sales objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, preferably in the fuel industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
• Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & Word, CRM’s
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
