SALES ASSOCIATE – Part-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hardworking part-time sales associates!

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent selling and customer service to enhance store productivity and profitability. This includes offering product recommendations, serving as a role model for retail best practices, and focusing on sales, service, and relationship-building.

Additional duties include inventory management, conducting product sets, stocking, housekeeping, and assisting with stockroom tasks. The Sales Associate works closely with the store team and reports to the Store Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

Requirements:

• If under 18, must meet work permit requirements.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of legal work eligibility in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer engagement and selling skills.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related physical tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Exposure to typical retail environment conditions.

Employment Status:

Part-time, non-exempt, 6-20 hours/week, up to 28 hours/week on average.

Pay: $10.59/hr
