• Understand proper handling of packages, rework, WIP, and keeping pops frozen.
• Actively engage in communication and ask questions as needed.
• Pack pops with reasonable speed and accuracy.
• Know what to do when the line is down.
• Report all discovered mistakes, regardless of the responsible party.
• Routinely verify correct packing is being used throughout the day.
• Fill out paperwork completely and accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Handle food ingredients with care and proper sanitary techniques.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

• Knows food safety well, sources of potential harm and proper use of PPE.
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment, including mixers, blenders, and scales.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

• Follow GMPs when performing repairs and maintenance activities in production and storage areas, including the proper use of GMP apparel.
• Follow guidelines when performing maintenance on food contact surfaces, including using food‑grade lubricants.
• Tag equipment after performing maintenance, to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.

Must be at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Full‑time. Pay: $18.00‑$24.00 per hour.

Schedule:

10‑hour shift.
