Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-precision assembly and testing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the Elk River Assembly/Test department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Position Type** : 1-Year Contract with Great Potential for Conversion to Full-Time

** Shift:
** 7:00AM - 3:00PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of product kits, subassemblies, and regulators according to work instructions and specifications.

+ Use hand tools to assemble components based on blueprints and work instructions - non-clean room environment - High Pressure Room.

+ Conduct required testing such as helium and functionality tests to ensure product quality.

+ Identify and rework regulators or products that do not meet standards.

+ Maintain accurate production data records and report equipment or operational issues promptly.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Physical ability to lift, carry, or maneuver up to 40 pounds.

+ Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day.

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
