Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision assembly and testing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Elk River Assembly/Test team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Rate:**  $20.00/hour

** Shift:
** 7:00AM - 3:00PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of product kits, subassemblies, and regulators following detailed work instructions and blueprints.

+ Use hand tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently in a clean room environment.

+ Conduct required testing such as helium and functionality tests to ensure product quality.

+ Identify and rework regulators or products that do not meet quality standards.

+ Maintain detailed production records, including test data and non-conformance reports, to ensure compliance and traceability.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions accurately.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools is a plus.
