Job responsibilities
  • Daily phone contact with our customers, insurance company personnel and vendors
  • Manages customer payments
  • Communicate with estimators
  • Create and manage files for our customers
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Working with a great team of employees in an awesome work atmosphere.
  • A minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
  • Demonstrated computer/software proficiency
  • Experience as Customer Service in the Automotive industry is preferred
Qualifications
  • Two years of related customer service experience (preferably in a retail setting)
  • Demonstrated computer/software proficiency
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred
Hours and compensation

Hours for position:
Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday;
No weekends.

Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
