We are now looking for a full-time Senior Auto Glass Technician. Our company is family‑owned and operated. We have been in business for over 30 years and take pride in providing excellent service to our customers.

- 3+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge in glass repair processes
- Ability to work independently to complete jobs
- Deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail while training
- Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive customer or company vehicles
- Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently
- Problem solving while working independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in a fast‑paced environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of automotive glass types, adhesives, and installation methods
Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday;
No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company, we are very competitive in the collision industry.

Bonuses- $5,000 Sign‑on Bonus
- $1,000 after 30 days
- $2,000 after 6 months
- $2,000 after 1 year
