We are now looking for full-time experienced Customer Service Managers at our Elk River shop. Our company is family owned and operated. We have been in business for over 30 years and take pride in providing excellent service to our customers.

• 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• ICAR training preferred

Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday;
No weekends.

Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
