Starting pay range: $21 – $27 hourly based upon experience

• Deliver product with 100% customer satisfaction
• Load and unload product shipments
• Select and assemble products for customers
• Verify and prepare products for shipping
• Assist fellow Team Members as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous driving experience required
• Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
• Valid license and clean driving record
• 21 years or older
• Have or willingness to obtain a DOT required medical card
• Ability to lift 50 lb and occasionally lift up to 75 lb
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft
• Previous driver/warehouse experience beneficial but not required
• Provide a driving abstract

A minimum qualification for our driver positions is that a candidate must have a clear driving abstract. According to Slakey policy, that means you must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Never received one citation for driving under the influence (DUI)
• Never received one citation for reckless or negligent driving
• Never received one speeding citation over 20 mph above the speed limit in a Company vehicle
• Never received two or more speeding citations

• Paid on-the-job training – including material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks
• Clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse facilities
• Essential business – able to remain fully operational during pandemic lockdown periods
