Golden Years is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic outbound /telesales professional who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts for our Home Care agency. Your primary job focus will be to call families seeking home care service, discuss care needs, build trust, and rapport, and after, schedule a home care assessment. This position offers advancement for supervisor/manager.

Hourly pay plus commission bonuses could result in a significant income opportunity. Requirements include submitting weekly reports, track lead referral source, close leads, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)

Responsibilities
  • Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize CRM software (Hub Spot) to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies for outreach.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and foster client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Hourly pay plus commission.
