Retail Key Holder, Elk-Grove

Bev Mo! by Gopuff is seeking a Part Time Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of products and services.
• Open the store early and close late, assisting during high volume periods.
• Support new employees and ensure store standards.
• Know in-house products to recommend to customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and conducting counts.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills and preparing deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow age verification policies.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and provide receipts.
• Handle refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards across the store, stockroom, lockers, and bathrooms.
• Train new employees on store procedures and customer service standards.

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or similar fields.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Compensation varies by location, based on market pricing and a cost of labor index.
• Elk Grove, CA: $17.25
• Starting pay depends on skills, experience, and market conditions.
