Job Summary

Key Responsibilities- Prepare menu items at a high quality and consistent standard.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a fast‑paced, efficient kitchen environment.
- Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and staff.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Minimum age 18.
- Ability to remain stationary and sustain mobility for up to 4 hours.
- Safe handling of up to 50 pounds, including reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Capability to work in a hot and damp environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Applebee's® cooks are paid a minimum wage up to $23/hour, plus tips and tip‑out. Daily Pay is not available in California.
