Food Prep

Job Description:

The Pantry team supports the dining experience from behind the scenes both with prep and clean up. They are integral in ensuring an efficient daily operation and keeping the food storage areas organized and tidy.

• Set up side dish racks
• Prepare all side dishes, fill & refill side dish trays
• Clean-up and maintenance of back pantry station and dry/wet storage areas
• Assist the team with maintaining the banchan refrigerator and refilling
• Assist with receiving food shipments
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Possesses a friendly, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to be professional and courteous with their teammates
• Able to exercise good judgment while working both independently and collaboratively; works well in a team environment
• Able to work in a noisy and sometimes chaotic environment and be flexible under a variety of circumstances
• Punctual, neat and accurate in work habits; precise and detail-oriented
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended schedules during peak periods
• The ability to adjust to business needs and display a sense or urgency during peak hours.
• Valid Serv Safe Food Handler’s Certificate

• Able to move from place to place which may include standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Lift and carry 45 lbs short distances

Dress Code:
Non-slip shoes, hair covers

Pay Range: $17.50/hr to $22.50/hr + Tips
