Our value‑based PACE program lets you provide truly comprehensive, holistic care, so you can focus on what really matters: your patients.
Benefits- Competitive compensation of $145,399 – $174,478 with quarterly bonus
- Generous time off – weekends off, 17 days PTO, 6 sick days, and 12 paid holidays

- Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
- Regular hours of 8 am‑5 pm, Monday through Friday, including home visits
- Rotating on‑call schedule – a few nights or weekends per month, available by phone only
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly.
- Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and be eligible to serve Medicare/Medi‑Cal participants.
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter (certification upon hire preferred).
