Salary

Base salary range: $145,399 – $174,478 per year, plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• At least two years of experience working with the elderly
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration
• Eligible to serve Medicare/Medi‑Cal participants
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (certification upon hire preferred)

Required to maintain CPR and First Aid certification thereafter. Proof of vaccination or a vaccine declination form is required prior to employment.
