This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Elk Grove, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of equipment, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the role involves supervising maintenance staff, creating work plans, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols. The position requires contributing to operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage, train, and lead a team effectively.
- Expertise in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and diagnosing mechanical and operational issues.
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair tasks across various systems and equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Elk Grove, CA, within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in the food production or manufacturing industry preferred.
