This program spans 9 months, during which a trainee will work at 2–3 different locations for 3–6 month stints. Participants will be based in one of the following locations:
Elk Grove (zip 95757), South Sacramento (zip 95824), Arden Way (zip 95825) and Sacramento International Airport (zip 95837). All branches operate from 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday–Friday, with Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm, and the airport operates 7 days a week 6 am–midnight, 365 days a year.

Employees work a 45‑hour week, with schedules released 5 weeks in advance.

• Targeted first‑year annual compensation of $57,310 plus a 45‑hour work week.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as the operational expert behind the scenes. In a structured, hands‑on learning environment, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

You will be expected to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, while always putting our customers first.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid California driver’s license is required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership (including military, athletic or community leadership).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must accept a 45‑hour work week and work two Saturdays per month, including weekends at the airport or Elk Grove Automall location.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent‑a‑Car or any other Enterprise Mobility brand in the last 12 months.
