We are seeking a Community Manager for our 195 unit Family Community, Village Crossing Apartments in Elk Grove, CA. The Community Manager will report to the Regional Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule; flexibility will be required to accommodate the need to work overtime and weekends during the lease up. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience ranging up to $33- $35 per hour.
Job Summary- Community Manager is accountable for property operations
- Manage portfolio; maximizing occupancy levels and property values
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in on-site property management, with Tax Credit knowledge
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of YARDI Voyager. Lease up experience required.
- Management of on-site staff and resources
- Successful track record of meeting property goals

- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED required
