At Cattlemens, every great meal starts with a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant. As a Utility/Cleaning Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our kitchen and operations teams by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care throughout the restaurant.

• Clean, detail, and maintain all kitchen and restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, broilers, and refrigeration units.
• Deep clean and sanitize walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dish areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back dock, dumpster, and garbage areas.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and high dusting throughout the building.
• Keep the building’s exterior and perimeter clean and presentable.
• Support daily cleaning routines and special deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and thoroughly in accordance with health and safety standards.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cleaning responsibilities.
• Reliable, hard-working, and organized with a focus on safety.
• Previous cleaning, maintenance, or utility experience preferred (but not required).
• Physical ability to lift, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
