Our client is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives within our IT and SaaS environment.
This is a full‑time position that is hybrid to Elk Grove, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead end‑to‑end project execution for IT and SaaS initiatives, from planning and scoping through delivery and post‑launch evaluation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed
- Champion process improvements and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices
- Proven experience in technical project management within an IT environment, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
