Registered Dietitian (RD)

Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD) to serve our residents in an acute/long‑term care setting.

As an RD, you will assess the nutritional status of residents, advise the clinical team, develop therapeutic diets, interpret laboratory values, and help maintain high standards of care.

$101,920 – $110,240 per year.

• Assess and plan the nutritional care for each resident/patient.
• Advise clinical team and administration on nutritional status, lab interpretations, food/drug interactions, and therapeutic diets.
• Monitor food intake, consumption patterns, and overall patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with nursing and dietary staff to ensure quality nutrition delivery.
• Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Registered Dietitian License.
• 3–5 years of experience in an acute or long‑term care environment.
• Excellent knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dietary field implementation.
• Strong understanding of the aging process and the nutritional needs of long‑term care residents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) electronic health record system.
