Position SummarySierra Therapy Center is seeking a full-time or part-time Therapist / Associate Clinician to join our team. This can be on-site and/or telehealth role providing direct therapeutic services to clients. The Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary partners to ensure holistic, ethical, and effective care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct client services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy using evidence-based practices
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards under licensure
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate care with clinical team members, supervisors, and community partners
- Use Therapy Notes for scheduling, documentation, and chart management
- Engage and onboard new clients into services
- Attend required supervision, staff meetings, and clinical trainings
- Part-Time: Schedule 25 clients weekly and complete a minimum of 20 sessions
- Full-Time (with health benefits): Schedule 35 clients weekly and complete a minimum of 30 sessions
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required)
- Valid California BBS number and license, or eligibility to obtain licensure (required)
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Experience providing individual and group therapy
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment
- Prior clinical or therapeutic experience highly preferred
- Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings in accordance with BBS regulations
- Attend monthly staff meeting (second Wednesday of each month, 9:00–11:00 AM)
- Attend required clinical trainings, including 4 trainings during the first month
- Successful completion of the first 120 days is required for continued employment and eligibility for pay increases
- Pay: Starting from $46–$49 per hour
