Schedule:Full-time or part-time, school year calendar (on-site)
ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students across the Elk Grove and greater Sacramento area

As part of ISO’s Behavior & Special Education Division
, you’ll join a team that values collaboration, clear communication, and lasting partnerships between educators and schools.
In this role, you will:
- Provide therapy and intervention services to students with mental, physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities to support their educational programs.
- Screen and evaluate students to determine the need for intervention.
- Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans with measurable goals and objectives.
- Implement and coordinate therapy programs directly or through collaboration with teachers, parents, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
- Identify and evaluate adaptive equipment to support students’ self-care and academic access.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document evaluations and follow-ups.
- Provide consultation, training, and support to staff and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings, transition planning, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of experience in occupational therapy with a primary focus on pediatric or school-based clients.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Valid certificate of registration issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Personal transportation for job-related travel.
