Service Advisor

Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually (base + commission/bonus, DOE & performance-based)

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor who takes ownership of the customer experience and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume service environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the drive lane and by phone.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service process, from write‑up through vehicle delivery.
  • Accurately document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs—without high‑pressure tactics.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair status, and timelines.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, costs, and warranty coverage.
  • Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Ensure all repair orders, invoices, and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to all company policies, ethical sales practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
