Job Summary: The Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment and systems at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal product performance. Strong electro-mechanical skills and effective communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Collaborate with customers on operations and maintenance.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Train customers on equipment use and safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Manage tools, parts, and inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience, preferably in the meat industry.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively, including after-hours support.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
