Join Mr. Rooter of McHenry County as a Plumbing and Drain Service Technician! We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch plumbing solutions and exceptional customer service in a dynamic work environment.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures.
• Perform drain cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and techniques.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, and water heaters.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document service performed and communicate findings to customers effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.

• Valid plumbing license or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and drain services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
