Pro Tech Restoration (formerly Pro Tech Water Damage) is a full-service restoration company. We help home and business owners recover from unexpected disasters. We are looking for someone who has the restoration knowledge, as well as the customer and communication skills to continue to provide exceptional experience to those truly in need.

Technician responsibilities involve demolition tasks (tear out carpet, drywall, insulation, padding, etc.), setting up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, etc.), water extractions. Prior experience in restoration is required as well as current IICRC certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional experiences to customer in need
• Be a team player that supports and leads mitigation jobs in water, mold smoke, bio-hazard, and disinfection
• Organized and detail-oriented to ensure accurate measurements, moisture readings. Follows company procedures in compliance tasks and documentation
• Depending on your experience, you'll be placed as a Technician, or Crew Chief

As part of a 24/7 emergency service company, you may be called into work after hours, on holidays and weekends. We do pay overtime during those scenarios.

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 2 years of prior restoration industry experience
• Current IICRC certifications
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Pass background check with no felony charges
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally 75 pounds

Compensation based on experience and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Either Full or Part time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00+ per hour
* * Experienced crew supervisor has opportunities to be eligible for commissions

• On call
