This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support position located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Inside Sales Support person will be responsible for assisting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining sales operations. Daily tasks include quoting prices to customers, following up with customers, handling phone calls, and providing product information and support.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with the team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor s degree is a plus
