Dollar Tree Stores is looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The role involves assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
