Compensation: $45,000 to $48,000

Responsible for production reporting, inventory tracking, and data accuracy in a manufacturing environment. This role supports daily inventory and production reporting, and assists with general office operations.

• Responsible for production reporting, inventory tracking, and data accuracy in a manufacturing environment
• Run and maintain daily inventory, production, carton demand, and on-hand reports
• Manage materials transactions including coils, paint, metal, pallets, and consignment inventory
• Maintain spreadsheets, ERP/WMS data, load photos, and inventory documentation
• Support year-end inventory counts, reconciliations, and special projects
• Provide backup support for the Inventory Control Manager and assist with general office operations

• 5+ years of experience in production and inventory control reporting within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and materials ordering processes
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to multitask under pressure
