To assist the Impacter Systems Operator and Impacter Shift Operator to produce quality forging in substantial quantities, meeting all required production standards.

• Unload bundles of steel from truck to storage with overhead crane.
• Obtain bundle of steel from storage with overhead crane.
• Assist in setting up forging system to proper product specification.
• Assist maintenance personnel with disassembly, maintenance repair and re-assembly operations as directed.
• Operate trim press when in production.
• Operate hot coin press if required.
• Remove scrap and completed parts as required.
• Keep equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.

• Basic math and English skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring instruments, such as scales and fixed gauges.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

This role has an hourly salary range of $21.76- $27.20/hr in addition, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc.
