We are a small manufacturing company looking for help in our packing and shipping department.
Responsibilities- Receiving and putting away inventory
- Reading job boards and pulling the correct parts per order
- Helping our sewing department with moving heavy industrial curtains, placing grommets into curtains with a Grommet machine, etc.
- Packing hardware parts together with the other parts of an order that come from our sewing department
- Building pallets, packing orders securely
- Working with many different people at our organization to ensure orders are packed to ship correctly and completely
- Speak English AND Spanish
- Work well with many different personalities
- Drive our 24" box truck to make 1-2 pick ups per week
- Understand math and measurements well
- Be able to read shop drawings
- Work precisely and take pride in their work
- Must be able to safely use a Sawzall, nail gun, and other power tools
