Our client, a leading manufacturer in the building products industry, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume metal fabrication and roll forming department. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, and production performance across a team of 75+ employees.

Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shift.

• Supervise, train, and develop production staff to ensure efficient workflow and high team performance.
• Manage daily production activities including machine setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards; lead root‑cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Utilize Pilot/AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (metal fabrication or roll forming strongly preferred, but not required).
• Proven experience supervising large production teams (75+ employees).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on knowledge of manufacturing machinery.
• Demonstrated success in safety compliance, process optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

24‑hour operation – Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Weekend work may be required during peak production seasons, so flexibility is key.
