• Setup and operation of CNC vertical machining centers
• Setup and operation of horizontal lathes
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2‑D drawings
• Monitor and inspect parts throughout machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to solve technical issues
• Participate in Lean manufacturing events

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of experience
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Flexible and able to work in a fast‑pace team environment
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Great communication skills
