Position Summary
We are a residential design-build firm in the Northwest Suburbs, looking to hire a Project Manager to grow with us and our ever-expanding client base. We offer a complete turn-key process with in-house designers & expert craftsmen to ensure the highest quality possible with minimal sub-contracting.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and manage construction crews, inhouse and sub-contractors
- Schedule and manage all trades
- Ensure quality of work
- Report project progress to client
- Awareness of job cost, budget, and profitability
- Exceptional residential construction knowledge
- A strong leader
- Ability to work as a team with designers and manage construction crews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service, attitude, and skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Project Manager/ Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential remodeling/ construction/ carpentry/ trades or other related fields
