Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, 800 Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. Online applications accepted only.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time and part-time; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Days may vary; rotating weekends required. More details upon interview.
• Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour.

• No previous experience required.

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• usts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers; disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers; wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required; realigns furniture per layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests; handles spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
