SR Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer 5 to lead complex engineering initiatives, drive process innovation, and support advanced manufacturing operations. This role focuses on strategic problem-solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and implementing best‑in‑class production and automation methods.

• Lead analysis and optimization of sophisticated manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions, including automation and lean practices.
• Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and engineering standards.

• Manage cross‑functional projects, coordinating with production, design, and supply chain teams.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on process improvement and best practices.
• Support new product introductions and capital projects with engineering expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in high‑volume or complex production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
