Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the growing team! The Accounting Clerk will support the finance team by managing intercompany transactions, performing three-way matching of inventory vendor invoices, and assisting with month-end close activities

Top Responsibilities:
Accounting Clerk
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Process and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Reconcile bank activity and support month-end/year-end close.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with audits.
- Reconcile corporate credit cards and vendor invoices.
- Perform three-way match for inventory purchases.
- Code fixed asset invoices and prepare 1099s.
- Record month-end expense accruals.
- Post and reconcile related-party receivables.
Accounting Clerk
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, including G/L and A/P responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
