Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TRS Program - Great Plains Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: TRS Program - Great Plains Regional Medical Center.

Additional Details:

Unit/Facility Details: LPN’s and aides are on the floor.

Shift & Scheduling: Will work days or nights depending on units need

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
