Location: Elk City, OK
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 36/48 hours (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next)
Weekly Pay: $1,966

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment on the night shift. This position follows a block schedule and requires consistent weekend coverage.

• Night shift: 7p–7a (shift report at 6:45 AM)
• Block schedule
• Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Every other Thursday
• Typically 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts the next
  • Overtime shift may be covered by PRN staff when available

• Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care to behavioral health patients
• Perform patient assessments and monitor mental health status
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Maintain patient safety, including de-escalation techniques
• Accurately document care and patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and facility policies

• Active RN license
• Recent Behavioral Health nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills

• 13-week travel assignment
• Night shift only
• Block scheduling
• Weekend commitment required
