Pro Lift Garage Doors seeks a Lead Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs along with small business operational support. If you have prior experience working to repair or install garage doors/motors, please apply.

• Repair various types of garage doors and openers
• Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
• Operational support, including inventory management, material orders, pricing strategy, etc
• Team member training and development
• Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
• Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock
• Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow a new business

• Commercial experience highly desirable
• 3+ years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required
• Operational or inventory management experience preferred
• Previous team management and/or training experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial interest and desire to grow a business
• Excellent organization and communication skills

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
