• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, employing a "friends first" mindset. Training will be provided.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt quickly between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies & procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
