Wound Care Nurse Practitioner​/Physician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician to provide specialized care for patients with chronic wounds in Morgantown, WV, and surrounding areas, with some travel involved (expenses paid).

• Assess and treat wounds such as pressure ulcers, surgical, and diabetic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
• Monitor and document healing progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Perform procedures like debridement, dressing changes, and negative pressure therapy.

Qualifications include a valid NP license with preferred wound care experience, familiarity with EHR systems, and the ability to assist with patient mobility. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, a salary between $175,000-$200,000, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
