Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical, and other facility equipment.;
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot minor equipment in healthcare facilities.;
Carry out general corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, and patient care equipment.;
Coordinate with vendors for warranty issues and obtain proposals/pricing for non-warranty projects.;
Perform carpentry and painting tasks, including repairs to doors, ceilings, walls, floors, and furniture, ensuring compliance with building codes.
