The role of the
Legal Advisor with expertise in International Tenders and Technology Law involves providing legal services to the subsidiaries of
Quest Holdings SA
on matters related to EU and foreign procurement procedures and Technology law delivering expert legal advice, and ensuring adherence to regulations.

The role reports to the Legal Unit Manager.

For this Legal Advisor position we expect you to:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with partners, subcontractors and customers within the framework of EU and foreign procurement procedures;
  • Provide legal advice and resolve complex legal issues related to ΕU and foreign procurement procedures, as well as to contracts’ execution, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary;
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts in the IT and software services industry;
  • Manage disputes with customers, vendors, or partners, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks related to company operations in Greece or International market;
  • Support the Group’s projects and requests as part of the Corporate Legal Department Team;
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with Group’s policies and procedures.

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Master’s degree in EU/Technology Law is considered a plus;
  • At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in a related legal field
  • Prior experience in the Information Technology industry and/or experience in Procurement Procedures or Technology Law would be considered an asset
  • Effective communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized, methodical and attentive to detail
  • Business-oriented mindset, ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Maintain and update current knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the specialized areas
