** The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading the company’s financial reporting, performance analysis, and budgeting processes. This role partners closely with operations and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical capability, technical proficiency, and people leadership.

*** Lead monthly financial reporting and performance deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and executive insights.

** EDUCATION &

QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* 5+ years experience of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related discipline
* Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools.
* Experience working with operational teams and supporting decision-making.
* Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts preferred.
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
