This role is based at our Forest, Ohio facility, which specializes in designing and manufacturing advanced thermal management systems and heat exchangers for commercial and military aircraft. Our Forest, Ohio location delivers engineered aerospace components, subassemblies, and system solutions for OEMs and operators worldwide, supporting both new production and aftermarket needs. PositionSummary
The Contract Sales Administrator’s primary responsibilities are account management, customer point of contact, and overall administrative liaison.
This position is fully remote.
The Forest site operates in the Eastern time zone with core hours of 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities- Provide administration of OE, spares and overhaul and repair contracts for a diverse range of commercial and military customers both domestic and international.
- Complete order review, entry, acknowledgement, and process amendments.
- Initiates the Contract Review process by documenting the customer’s order and contract flow-down requirements and routes those requirements to the appropriate internal departments.
- Perform preliminary review and analysis of contract terms and conditions as well as conduct preliminary research of specific contract issues.
- Perform preliminary review of various contractually binding documents: MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), MOI (Memorandum of Intent), NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), and PIA (Proprietary Information Agreement) in coordination with Management.
- Ensures that the obligations of the contract are fulfilled throughout the duration of the contract. Conducts routine review and response to customer contract demands in coordination with the Sales, Contracts and Customer Service groups.
- Interpret contract language and consult with management and corporate legal as needed for matters requiring legal interpretation.
