• Bake with Passion — whip up our famous donuts, bagels, and other baked goods, ensuring each batch is as delicious as the last.
• Art of Finishing — glaze, fill, and decorate products to make them irresistible.
• Quality Control — ensure items meet high standards and deliver consistent quality.
• Inventory Management — track baking supplies and ingredients and maintain freshness.
• Cleanliness — maintain a spotless baking area in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Team Player — collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation from baking to customer handoff.
• Customer Engagement — interact with customers to share the joy of fresh treats when appropriate.
• Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction — uphold guest-first attitude, address needs, and follow brand standards.
• Profitability — follow restaurant standards, adhere to recipes, and comply with safety and security procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 18 years old, eager to embark on a baking adventure.
• Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it fluently.
• Basic math skills for managing recipes and inventory.
• A pillar of reliability — always ready and present, with dedication and commitment.
• Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age-specific requirements may apply).
